Technically, the USSR was not, and is not a threat because the people that control it also control the USA and almost every other nation on the planet. They are all working together behind closed doors while pretending to be enemies for the media and public.

Essentially, I agree - yes - however, I think that below the very top of the pyramid the other layers often think they are in conflict with other groups and so genuinely do act out their allotted roles on the artificial chess board!
Once I am done with all these whistleblower posts I will be getting on to the more useful truth which direct us to who we are and how to heal, balance and evolve.

I agree with you. It is difficult to know how many people are truly in the know. Some say as many 10,000. Considering that there are approximately 200 countries in the world that is only 50 people per country.
It's important to understand that we can attune to a great deal of information innately without being told by others and that the number of us who are expanding in that way is increasing - so while the numbers 'at the top of the artificial power pyramids' are small, their power is exactly that - artificial. They are seeking to also attain innate power too - but there is only so far we can go in that direction without the real integrity and unconditional love that the empire builders inherently lack.
