There are a lot of great books on the subject, one that pops into mind is "what everyBODY is saying" which was written by an ex FBI interrogator. Very detailed book, very fascinating stuff.
I just found this video of a television series Allan Pease did on body language... I'm on the last pages of the book he wrote "The Definitive book on Body Language", and am excited to watch the tv show.
