When announcing an opening in your organization either internal or external, there are some things the management needs to put in place likewise state the requirements from the personnel.

First, The company has to decide if it would recruit by itself or contract the job to an outsourcing or Human resource company to take charge. Likewise they have to state of the application would either be online or manual.

Secondly, What the job entails including the qualifications, renumeration and benefits should be stated likewise. This would bring about segmentation to what the company wants and give limit to multitude and crowd applying. It would streamline the company's want to the applicant's application.

Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements and Skills
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience working with customer support.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Thirdly, The company is to filter the applications to get their desirable applicant from their source of application mode either online or manual. After which the company should set a date for test in any form it would be of benefit and convenient to the company which they are to give at least 2weeks notice to the qualified applicant. Nowadays online or computer test is in vogue.

Fourthly, The qualified candidate who performed well in the test are to proceed for interview either immediately or on a future date. The company has to spell out its interview process, either its a panel interview, glass view interview, series of one man interview or any form which is under the legal official recruitment etiquette.

In all process, the applicants should be given information with proper notice, likewise there should not be any form of favouritism of any form so as to get the best.
