Today has been full of fun around. I spread this fun to people around me and also the community attached to me as we engaged in trivia game which led to this mind sharing I will want you to learn from.

Do you know that, removing letter L from Learn result to Earn? A question on my mind... What does letter L stand for in the word called Learn?

I released this question during little game in my community, this led to different answers. I keep thinking about it, write down Learn, remove L you have Earn what is L?

This article will reveal to you the mind behind letter L at the back of Earn.

Shout It: Listen.

For every learn to become earn it must have gone through the process of Letter L which is listening. by samest

Do you know that almost 45% of your time is spent in listening? Listening sense can be ascribed to all human sense organ (ear, nose, mouth, skin, and eyes).

Your process of receiving, interpreting and reacting come together to form the word listening. This usually follows the Understanding of sound.

until you learn the purpose of hearing it has not become listening.

Listening is hearing with a purpose. This show that until you understand the difference between listening and hearing you can't earn.

Are you a good listener? Being a good listener is not by answering the question but your actions after an information passed to you, determine the answer to the question.

Listening is hard because it's not only physical process it involves a mental and learned process.

The value you placed on the information received is as a result of how you listened. From the Understanding of listening to revealed the formal years of training begin from 0year a child is born and 45% of the time is used in listening.

Let me spell out LISTEN as I conclude:

L - Look interested, get interested
I - Involve yourself by responding
S - Stay on target
T-Test your Understanding
E - Evaluate the Message
N - Neutralise your feelings.

If all this are put into action you will earn in every aspect of your life. Don't go after earning forgetting the letter L which is listening. Listening is a way of saying something is important to you.
