I came to the understanding that, there are mental errors which sometimes derail our thinking. There are logical decisions we make most times and again there are emotional, confusing and irrational choices we make which still reveal to me that humans are irrational being.

A reflection moment:

There was a time I read about a high school track coach and this makes me say to myself, when you are surrounded with great and people of vision, it will show from your action and also on what you will be thinking about at all times. Do you willing to mark off limitations inside of you? If yes follow this short piece with a mind of changing your thinking and change your life.

Are you afraid to express your mind? Are you bordered with a mind you don't understand? You think you are defeated, or you think you will be defeated. You need to speak your heart and get it right.

To speak less is the most important topic but again you can't keep quiet and die in silence.

There was a mistake the storyline of the high school track coach made that I wanted to share with you. He has difficulty motivating his team and this affects their performance. This team developed a distinct reputation of coming in last at every track meet they entered. You will ask me, what was the factor contributing to his less performance as a coach?. What you speak go a long way to affect the mind. The coach pep talk tactics are wrong and made his team failing every time. His most effective inspiring tool was to tell his team Keep turning left and hurry back. I sometimes wrote an article on steemit called psychology in speaking less.

During my study, I came about Pascal word which says; *Kind words do not cost much. They never blister the tongue or lips. Seeking for Mental trouble was never known to arise from the quarters of kind words. The volume of what kind words can do cannot be factorized because they usually accomplish much. The beautiful image and good nature are key things kind words produces in man's soul which make me brought me to this Thought of, peace, love and kind declaration at all times.

In this journey of life, I will say, the most important thing a man should seek for when he makes mistake is The word you speak to yourself because that's the great enemy and most trustworthy you can ever have. You will agree with me that one of the Holy Bible says; the power of life and death lies on your tongue.

From the reflection moment I shared above, it shows that there are words that have a most powerful effect on us. What you speak to yourself matters and this will reflect in your day to day activities.

Are you saying to yourself, I can't do it? I tell you, this will never accomplish anything in your life. Develop the mind of, let me try it, this! Perform wonders

Do you want your lips to keep from slips? Then, you need to observe some certain things when speaking. If I start to list them, it will become another episode of reason but in all you speak, be positive. Chase out negative thought and guide your heart with all diligence because out of it flow the rivers of living waters.
