I think nurture :)
I'm in agreement that nurture is more important, as behavioral problems can be so easily imprinted by parents. I think you have a distinct advantage in dealing with growing up in any environment if you have loving, stable parent/s. Even in the case of people with a genetic pre-disposition to some type of illness, mental or physical. Having a solid foundation, a steady example of a behavioral model to look up to and a nurturing carer of some sort equips you with psychological and physiological tools to address adversity. This is the way I see it anyway.
