NEW PSYCHOLOGY PORTRAITURE TECHNIQUE & HOW TO BREAK TROUGH EMOTIONAL STATE

Something New, something fresh developed while I was teaching at Academy...

Let's face some facts. Contemporary generations need new fresh ways to overcome their inner state obstacles or blockages. We have various old, or should I say ancient ways to cope with that. Some meditate, some going to psychiatrists, some confess to the priests, some suffocate their friends endlessly with their problems, some consume and so on....

I see more and more a lot of people who combine all of those and nothing works. WHY? Because those methods are not following new users communicational needs. We changed over last decade so much. Our senses are not the same as they used to be. Today we need loads of channels to say what we feel or think. But luckily universal principals are the same, all we need to is translate them in new language. New media language suitable for our contemporaries.

Personally, I use a lot of various media to express my inner empire. So this is the solution for breaking trough emotional state when words are just not enough. I will explain it in detail, but I understand for most of end users might need real time voice guidance trough this technique. 

Since 2004 I've been working on this subject. After many researches and experiments I have come to modern interdisciplinary technique that simply works! 


OMARRIUM's E-TECHNIQUE:

  1. Choose suitable and comfortable room size. If needed - lock it.
  2. At one side put video camera on tripod and put straight chair across so level of your eyes and camera lens is equal.

This is mirroring universal principle that gives you better insight in your true state because you have advantage of time departure. You are your own observer and perceiver and there is no need to waste energy on endless explanation to any other interlocutor. Therefor your result is purer and exact.

  1. Zoom the shot until you have close up, all face needs to be seen with neck ( so you can observe your breathing after ). In visual language this is psychological portreit that can record even thinking ( i made test with various students and they all read correctly what performer was thinking ), even if face is not moving.
  2. Put record mode on camera and hold your position. Take your time until you are fully comfortable. Breathe with awareness for some time.
  3.  Evoke situation and/or  person who triggered this altered emotional state. Visualise it and see it as witness.
  4. Put focus inside your center. Feel your being as deeper as you can get. Expand your awareness. Feel your emotional response in total. Open up. Let the emotions flow from within in an intimate safe zone. There is nothing to be scared of ashamed of. This is not you. This is just one fragment of your reactioning. Reflecting response. Nothing more.
  5. Take your time to react. Observe your breathing. Interact with your breathe. Go deeper.
  6. When you sense that your river of emotions stabilised, (after passing the dam) - shift your point of view to only positive aspects of this same situation without visualising. FEEL IT TRULLY.
  7. When time comes, express gratitude towards within (soul) for this experience.
  8. OBSERVE and Accept it all (from a bigger point of view). Let it go... 
  9. Expand consciousness trough breathing deeper and calm.
  10. Become aware of your surrounding gradually and easily.
  11. See your record on possibly bigger screen than natural size. Notice all details, imbalances, arrhythmia in moving portrait and sound.
  12. Allow yourself to see your true emotional state portrait. Find compassion and real understanding in it. 

You can now repeat this this technique on deeper level for same issue how much you need or want. Allow yourself rest and time after this.  

No one can know you better than your self, when using the proper power of "mirror". 

I morned my father with this technique among some other too. You can see it in this video. I had song too for missing him. I would record on karaoke and then listen after. First record was hardest to listen, every after was better until I could of sing it properly in real melody - and then I knew I healed. I hope you all know better how important is to take your inner showers frequently. Only then we can be who we really are, with our fullest potential in our pockets. Interesting technique. I used to watch my face in the mirror until it melted when I was younger ;-)

So you must know perfectly how this is working hehhe. I used to do the same as teen.
