How To Stay Calm Under Pressure

In small doses pressure can be actually good for us. It gives us motivation and keep us more focused on our goal and it can fuel our productivity.

On the other side, if our stress and pressure that we feel keeps us awake at night it can cause us many troubles. 


 Tip #1 to Reduce Pressure

 Search out the stressor. Try to find out what is causing your pressure and make a list of all the things.

 Tip #2 to Reduce Pressure

 Learn to recognize your individual stress signals. Your body will tell you when stress is building. Do you get a headache? Do your neck and shoulders begin to ache? Do you feel nervous? Stress signals are not the same for everyone. Learn your signals and reduce stress with brief exercise or by changing activity. 

 Tip #3 to Reduce Pressure

 Just say “No” with sincerity and firmness. When it is not necessary to make a commitment, and you cannot handle it, politely refuse. 

 Tip #4 to Reduce Pressure

 A well-rested, exercised, healthy body is better prepared to reduce stress. Take care of your body and it will be in better shape to handle the chemical changes brought about by stress. 

Dont Blame The Others:

Your problem is only your own. It's great if you have a person that will go through this with you but try to solve your problems alone as much as possible, everything else is just masking the problem. Face your problems that cause pressure !
