Super interesting exploration of trust. That does seem like a real paradox at the end, but I do wonder if there are a variety of types and of levels of trust, some of which might be higher on average for people we are close to. In the case of returning a wallet, while I am still surprised people would chose a stranger, the might not pick a stranger for something involving a longer term commitment. Just some thoughts.
