Every day, write down three pleasant things you have fallen to you and give me a deep three-minute thanks
Three incidents, even small.
Continue this work for 21 days.
Three events each day must be specific to that day.
This makes the brain accustomed to focus on positive issues
And according to research, such a habit (even more than a sense of accomplishment)
It will make you happy.
