How Social Media effect Happiness of Boys - especially Girls

According to study children on social media are affecting their life .

The social research has been carried out in the United Kingdom age limit of 14-year old, 4,000 children, within 10 years. According to the analyzed data focusing on the answer to the question about how many hours a day using internet, what kind of social network with whom chat with etc.

Furthermore how much satisfied in various aspects of life. School homework, personal appearance, family, friends, school life, whole life, etc.

The longer the time on the social network decrease the satisfaction, other than friendship. Especially girls seemed to be affected more badly than boys, and that trend was remarkable with respect to school life and their appearance.

So why is social network lower the happiness of children, according to report it is difficult to decide easily yet.

But there are three theories as possibilities. The first one is, more time you spend on social networks, the more you compare yourself with other children.

The second one is, reason for spending more time on social is to reduce the time spent on activities that contribute to children's health. It means that activities such as meeting a person directly, talking, moving the body are reduced.

The third one is there is no need for explanation here. The happiness may be lowered due to bullying on the net. Researchers are thinking that these three are affecting complicatedly.

Children who often eat dinner with their parents. Children who wish to go on to college are relatively happy, and on to the contrary, they can not stop schooling, smoke cigarettes. The children who are playing outside late at night were said to be relatively less happy.

Of course, this is only a correlation not proved a causal relationship. Do not condemned the children involvement in Technology which gives us a very important point of view in order to discuss.
