Parents play a key role in the personality development of their kids. Before the age of 12 years, a child is very vulnerable, therefore it is utmost important that parents try to ‘build’ their child to the best of their abilities. A child should be encouraged and should be allowed to talk, and express his/ her opinion. Parents should talk to them, and make them feel as if they are important and their view point matters. This will boost their self-confidence and self-esteem.
