Take 5: Cloud watching

Hello Steemit!

If you're having a busy day, or just want to chill a bit, why not take 5 minutes to do some cloud watching? It can be a great mindfulness exercise!

  1. Go/look outside or press play on the video below
  2. Bring your attention to the sky. What do you notice?
    1. Colour of the sky
    2. Any clouds
    3. Anything in the sky
  3. If you become aware that you've drifted off, notice where your thoughts/feelings have gone. Let them be/be with them very gently/kindly for a few moments and then choose to bring your attention back to the sky

And don't forget part 2-A: identify cloud animals or fantastical creatures. I saw an ogre, a pig, a bear, a minotaur and so many other things in your beautiful cloud video! Keep up the lovely work :)
