Mini Motivation #22 - Doubt your doubts
Do you have beliefs that are pulling your down?
It usually goes like this:
Oh, I'm a woman/man, and I can't do that.
I'm too old to learn this.
You need to be really smart to master this.
Looks like you have doubts about your own abilities. It's ok, we all have them, sometimes we don't even realise it until we start questioning them.
Which is what you can do today. Time to put yours doubts to the test! Start doubting your doubts!
Ask yourself:
- Where do these beliefs come from?
- Who did I picked it up from
- On what basis are these beliefs even true?
- Are there others who had done those things I thought I couldn't? Can I talk to someone, or someone who knows those someones?
- How much opportunities have I lost because of these beliefs?
- What opportunities can I gain by changing these beliefs?
- Have I tried Googling for an answer?
- Is there someone that can be my "accountability" partner to break this negative belief?

Wait, why's Mav posting on Steemit nowadays?

Sometimes my doubt is due to procrastinate and the #1 excuse I used is "I need more time to do this, not now!" For example, suppose I need to post something on Steemit today, and due to procrastinate I will tell myself not today I will wait someday which have more free time for me to think and write.
I doubt myself cant write a post in short period of time.
Best way to beat a doubt is to take action, bro. :)
My mum had the same about the driving license- like she is too old at the age of 50 to get the license. But I supported her and she succeeded!

I don't have any beliefs holding me back, in fact, I think that systems of beliefs and ideologies are born because of the nature of humans to name things, and our language is pretty basic and dumb. We like to name things, so if something fit certain criteria we call it socialism, or conservatism or capitalism

Yeah, that's true. We like to label and take ownership of things, especially things we can't really own. :)
I used to doubt my doubts, but then I began to doubt that I was doubting the most doubtful doubts. I doubted too much and now I'm in debt ;)

Yes, if we believe in success and trust, we will always be at the top, in the opposite way if we have negative beliefs and mistrust, will prevent us from achieving the goals we seek I think ocean and education are the cause of our failure or success
