RE: Let’s talk about emotional shocks!

That's a spectacular post!

This state is characterized because the person goes through a state of dreariness or mental inactivity which can be accompanied by a feeling of confusion and emptiness.

And that's where feelings of hopelessness start to arise, right? At least as far as I'm concerned.

Your post gave me hope and definitely made me look at things from a positive perspective as I've been through some rough times lately.

This grief can turn into feelings of anger and irritation. The person may feel moody or angry, due to frustration and the perception that no one is able to understand what they are feeling.

This last line sums it all up. I think people have a responsibility to listen to others in order to understand and not to just come up with a proper response.

In the end, the more knowledge we have about how to handle the difficult situations everyone of us have to face in our life from time to time, the better prepared we will be when those difficult moments arrive.

That's right, it's all a matter of perception in the end. Hard times teach us and help us grow stronger and wiser.

Please keep up the wonderful work!
