In the process of teaching and learning to happen optimally, the most important thing to be noticed by the teachers is to know the characteristics of the students. Do not teach, or teach by forcing students. So that the expected effect of learning that occurs is not maximal. And the results were not as expected.

Teachers must be able to know correctly every student who is taught yes, because by knowing and deepen the condition of students will support teaching and learning process running as expected.

Besides, there are some psychological factors that influence students in learning, this should be known by each teacher before giving instruction to his students. Psychological factors are:

1. Student Intelligence. This shows the ability of students in thinking and in managing any information or problems received by students.
2. Talent students. The teachers should pay attention to the talents possessed by the students without imposing to give knowledge, while students do not respond to what is conveyed.
3. Students interest in learning. Teachers should also see how the student's condition is in learning. Because it will be different interest generated in the process of learning the events of today with tomorrow. So the teacher must understand correctly the condition of the students.
4. Motivation, both the motivation generated in students and the motivation provided by the teachers in teaching.
5. Student attitude. Teachers should be more sensitive to students' attitudes in learning. What else is the lesson disliked by the students. So teachers are encouraged to better read the students' gestures in giving instruction.

Dalam proses belajar mengajar agar terjadi secara maksimal, hal yang paling utama di perhatikan oleh para guru adalah mengetahui karakteristik siswanya. Jangan asal mengajar, atau mengajar dengan memaksakan siswanya. Sehingga efek yang di harapkan dari pembelajaran yang terjadi tidak maksimal. Dan hasilnya pun tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Guru harus mampu mengetahui secara benar tiap siswa yang di ajari ya, karena dengan mengetahui dan mendalami kondisi siswa maka akan mendukung proses belajar mengajar berjalan seperti yang diharapkan.

Disamping itu ada beberapa faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam belajar, hal ini harus di ketahui oleh tiap guru sebelum memberikan pengajaran kepada muridnya. Faktor psikologis tersebut adalah:

1. Kecerdasan siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan kemampuan siswa dalam berfikir dan dalam mengelola tiap informasi atau masalah yang diterima oleh siswa.
2. Bakat siswa. Para guru harus memperhatikan bakat yang dimiliki oleh siswa tanpa memaksakan memberikan ilmu, sedangkan siswa tidak merespon apa yang di sampaikan.
3. Minat siswa dalam belajar. Para guru harus melihat juga bagaimana kondisi siswa dalam belajar. Karena akan berbeda minat yang ditimbulkan dalam proses belajar kejadian hari ini dengan hari esok. Makanya guru harus memahami dengan benar kondisi siswanya.
4. Motivasi, baik motivasi yang ditimbulkan dalam diri siswa maupun motivasi yang di berikan oleh para guru dalam mengajar.
5. Sikap siswa. Guru harus lebih peka juga terhadap sikap siswa dalam belajar. Apa lagi pelajaran tersebut tidak disukai oleh siswa. Maka guru didorong untuk lebih membaca gerak gerik siswa dalam memberikan pengajaran.

Dengan memahami secara betul tiap kondisi psikologis siswa dalam belajar mengajar, maka pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh para guru akan berjalan seperti harapan yang di harapkan.
