It was a group project and the whole team had to make contributions before any decision was carried out. I am like Farid, love to engage people and know their thoughts before making a decision.

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience, and great to know you can relate to the characters in the article. It's good that you took time to understand everyone's views and listen to their opinions before making the decision. I believe always though may take longer time, but at least when the decision is finally made, everybody feels they are a part of it. :)
