Habit No2 of High Performers 


 Happy Wednesday everyone! My name is Kyriakos Kyriakides, Founder of Team LEGACY, your mentor, and your coach!  

How does your week started? Are you ready to crush this week and build more on your LEGACY? Today we are going to talk about the Part 2 of High Performers Habits. As we said in the last article, High Performers are the Top 15% of all the people, in all the areas worldwide! Today we will discuss Habit No2 - Generate Energy!

A very important habit that High Performers do in their daily life is that they generate energy! You see all this successful people are always full of energy! They know exactly how to generate High Levels of energy in their daily life! Let me give you an example. Have you ever been to a seminar of Tony Robins'? Tony Robbins is doing seminars of 12 hours per day in a row! You see him doing the seminars, and even after 12 hours he is still full of energy, jumping up, shouting and give his whole heart and he seems that he didn't got tired at all! How can he do that?! How is that possible, after 12 hours for him to still have so much energy?! The answer is that he knows exactly ways that he can instantly generate massive amounts of energy!

High performers know exactly how to generate mental energy in order to protect their mind and their thoughts! You see them so mentally strong, that nothing can affect their mentality and mindset! They develop so strong mindset that whatever happens around them, whatever their naysayers and haters say, whatever they face daily, they protect their mentality and mindset, no matter what!

In addition, High performers know how to generate huge amounts of emotional energy too! They seem like they love more than average people, like they are always happy, like they are always motivated and driven! The reason is that they built so much emotional strength and even if they feel sad, depressed or discouraged, they don't let it affect them! They are also humans, they also feel down sometimes, but they developed the habit to change their state and increase their energy, immediately! The good news are that we can also do it! We also have the ability to instantly change our state, and generate emotional and mental energy! We need to develop daily habits that will allow us to change our state immediately. You may read this right now, and you think "Oh man, this is so common sense!". I totally agree with you! But as Brendon Burchard always says "Common sense isn't always common practice!".

High Performers also have so much physical energy. High performers exercise 4-5 times per week MINIMUM! 4-5 times per week they move their body, at least even a relaxing walk around their neighborhood! So, if you want huge amounts of physical energy No1 habit that you need to develop is exercise! You can start gym, start a martial art, start cross-fit, or any other exercise activity! Just start something, and commit to it, to do it at least 4-5 times per week!

Next I will share with you 3 very simple ways that you can generate energy INSTANTLY and change your state! 

First way that you can do it is to change your physiology! Physiology is how your body looks like! Let's say that you feel depressed or sad. Just start jumping up, and I guarantee you, your feelings will change instantly! You will start laughing so much and you will feel a wave of happiness inside you changing your state instantly! If you don't believe it try it right now! You will be impressed of the power of changing your physiology! Other way to change your physiology, is to generally move your body. If you feel down, just go out and start walking or even better go for a run. In the beginning you will feel awful to do it, but once you do it you will feel amazing! 

The second way that you can generate energy and change your state is to change your focus! When you have a problem and this problem is always in your mind, guess what you will have more of... of course more of the problem! When you have a difficulty, or a challenge in your life, change your focus! Focus on something positive! Focus on finding the solution! Focus on the positive emotions you will have once you solve that challenge! Once you start focusing on the solution, and on the positive result, instead of the problem or the challenge, your state will INSTANTLY change!

The third way that you can change your state and generate energy is to change your words! You see, with just 1 word you can change the entire perspective of a person. Let's say I will come and say to you: "I have that ok friend of mine that I want to meet you...". How will you feel about him? If I come to you, and tell you, I have that amazing friend of mine that I will to meet you!". You will feel completely different about him right? Words can change perspective, and you need to be careful with that! Change your words, and you can generate more energy, and change your state and other's people state in a second!

Generating energy is a huge topic that we can discuss for hours and hours! But whatever you are doing, without energy you can't make it. Are you an athlete? You need physical energy to keep pushing in trainings every single day! Are you a scientist or a researcher? You need mental energy! Are you an entrepreneur you need mental energy! Whatever you do in your life you need Mental Energy, Physical Energy and Emotional energy!
