Young people under 18 who kill children? I think each country has legislation on it. There are cases where the person has some mental disorder that needs to be institutionalized and arrested in a psychiatric place, others she is a psychopath and needs to be arrested and other cases, in lesser number that occurred something that stirred a lot with the emotional of the person for her to have FE Ito that. In the latter case, I think the person needs to go through a process of treatment and not prison.
