Often times, many teams are competing toward corporate goals without knowing their own identity. They do not know what and where they are going, and what will lead them. It is important to create an agreement on what the team should accomplish, why it matters and how it should work together to achieve the outcome. The whole thing will shape the team's character.

Believe in your team

A good leader should help his team to build confidence, especially during difficult times. As Napoleon Bonaparte says, "the leader is the creator of hope." The confidence will come naturally, as you trust your team. But trusting your team alone is not enough. You must help them to win.

Sharing Ideas

Many entrepreneurs are too thoughtful and proud of their own ideas, and do not know how to distribute the idea. The entrepreneur forgot to set an example to his subordinates.
