How to learn to control yourself and your emotions?

People who are able to cope with change of their emotional state, usually are more happy. They are unconcerned about what is happening and try to improve their own lives. No need to think that emotions cannot be controlled, as these abilities depend only on the availability of certain skills and habits. You only need to have the desire to develop their capabilities to learn how to cope with them.
