This is very good advice. True wealth is built over time, not saying you can't get rich quickly, but wealth and riches are two different things. and those who are fulfilled have master the Art of Delayed Gratification. And those who hold for the long term in most cases come out better. While their investment is growing over the long term, they create and make other investments, and over time they have gathered multiple investments, and all those investments work for them, and then they have money working for them and build wealth, and a constant flow of income.
And those who blame other people in most cases never find any form of wealth or riches. The truth is people have to take credit for their own actions. 90% of the time it is your fault. Always do your own research. Have to learn to think for yourself. Never invest if you don't understand the investment.
We are in a unique position in this day in age, and have an opportunity to create some wealth in a few years, but have to be smart and invest wisely. Opportunities like this don't happen that often. we are the forefront of a new revolution and if play the game right there could be huge rewards to reap.

Do you have a book recommendations on this topic?
Not specifically, but the best book on how deceptive the mind is, is - imo - Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman. Check it out.
