It is true in the effect of social media in life nowadays. I agree with you that we have to learn to see the photos and posting of happiness at social media as ephemeral. And we have to learn to not to compare as what we see in social media is a controlled content. We don't post photos of us getting angry or crying. Most of us just post happy moments.

Thank you for sharing this. In fact, this topic has been in my mind too, but more towards not comparing our lives based on what we see in social media.
