RE: Panic attacks - a heart-attack monsters
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and providing useful information for us to take note if we experience panic attack. As a person suffering from PTSD, it's quite the same as having panic disorder so I understand where you're coming from. Fears, anxiety, hypervigilance, the feeling that everybody is a threat and that awful feeling of being afraid whether you're going to be triggered or not.. I also went through therapy and all the things you mentioned here are right! It's very important for a sufferer to know the reason of the disorder and to know the triggers so he/she would be able to manage it.. I'm sorry you have to feel this way. I know panic attacks are the worst!! But thank you for being strong and also finding ways to help other people. Also, send my regards to your loving husband for being there for you all the time. Keep inspiring people.
