Positive thinking exercises # 8 - MOTIVATION

Whatever the case, stay away from any negative thought! Materialistic and negative thoughts can easily slip into your life. So, think positive and optimistic about things that can give you motivation for the whole day.

Try to wake up early, no matter the day of the week. Promise you'll wake up every day at the same time, and the sooner, the better. The motivation that comes early this morning is the best.

Just motivate yourself to win.

Every day, at every moment, offer yourself a positive urge and set yourself a goal that will lead you to victory. For you, as for every man, there is a choice: win or lose in a certain situation.

Even when you wake up, give yourself a perspective on that day: "In all areas of life, today I will be better than yesterday. Today will be one of the most exciting days of my life!

Motivate yourself for a positive and good mood.

Doubts about the fact that you are not able to do anything can destroy and erase all your motivation. Because of uncertainty, most people can not keep their motivation alive, regardless of progress and achievements.

Somehow they seem to be either not on the right track or not acting properly. Be confident in your own strengths, because it is an extremely important quality that can direct you towards goals and achievement.

Learn to appreciate achievements and progress. This will help you motivate yourself for the day. Every day you need to have evidence that will push you forward and give you sufficient dose of motivation. You have to see that you have a result, that you are successful and that every day your life takes another turn. The main point to be measured and evaluated is the progress of your actions, not the process!

How do you provide yourself motivation?

Every day, compete with yourself! If you have the habit of comparing yourself with others, find out that in the end this will demote you. So, do not compare your achievements with others, because you are eliminating the full effect of progress that will kill your desire to move forward. Every person is different. The most important thing is the forward movement. The competitor with whom you have to compare and which you have to earn every day is yourself!

Great post, for me it is very difficult to keep motivated because one day I am motivated and in the other I lose motivation, so I never finish anything.

most of the time, we are thinking of movitaving our self, but end up doing the other way.(happen to me most of the time :) )

Congratulations. Very interesting and informative post. I wish all people could do that and not to think negative. But it is a little difficult for several reasons.
