I think it is thought that if children learn a second language before the age of five that a pathway is formed between the right and left brain. Apparently this allows them to learn music and math much more quickly. It also allows them to be more creative. Although there are many exercises to help us all develop our right brain I don't know if this is as effective as the early learning.
Well, as for me there is no time ban in when you can learn. The most important thing is to carry the mind of a child when learning this will make you to learn as quick as possible.
