Good mood and positive thinking is wonderful. This helps a person to live a happy life, achieve the goals set and provide his life with everything necessary. But in some cases positive thinking cripples people and leads to real illnesses.

On the Internet you can find a lot of video instructions, books, seminars, how to achieve your goal - just repeat positive affirmations, and all the blessings of the world will fall at your feet. Especially do not do anything, close your eyes, just repeat the affirmations 300 times a day and all you will have! But this is possible except in the kindergarten, and in adulthood, in order to get something, you need to try a little!

Successful career, wealth, popularity, health, treatment of oncological diseases, personal development, family - all questions are solved only by one positive! But professional psychotherapists believe that this is an exaggeration and by and large an ordinary illusion of reality. Very often positive thinking leads to illnesses of the psychological plan, but why so?

In reality, there is both positive and negative in real life. To completely and completely get rid of the negative is impossible, unfortunately. What can you do, this is how our world works, in which there is evil, disappointment, negativity and passion. It is possible to try, that this unkindness was less, but it is impossible to completely exclude.

Indeed, positive thinking and affirmations give impetus to action and new forces. In any case, in order to achieve the goals, you need to do something every day towards this goal, step by step. Otherwise, such affirmations turn into empty words. They not only do not benefit, but even on the contrary - lead to illness.
