Sensitive mind: Blog of mindfulness coach: week 2

Like promised in my former post (which I deleted partly by accident). Hereby the blog of my coach Krijna. She's really great with excellent insights. When you take a few minutes to read it carefully I'm convinced it will be worth wile.

Can your mind be sensitive?

Your mind is mainly thinking? Your mind does indeed think a lot and is lord and master in letting you fuse with what you think and feel. We are so much in our heads that we even think we feel it! Please read this sentence with your attention?

Frequently in the head

Another remarkable thing I want to share with you is the following. People who call themselves "sensitive" can often be found in their heads. They think a lot and feel from there with the intensity that comes from the mind. Your mind aggravates what you think and feel like crazy, so that you become one with it. Soon you will no longer see the forest through the trees, because you are staying in a misty cloud.

Feeling from your Being

Feeling from your head is very different from feeling from your Being. When you feel from your Being you have contact with your body and your observing self. Both are much more reliable than the first floor, your head. In your upper room, thoughts shoot in all directions and with that your feelings, which can make it rather chaotic. On the second floor, where you are Being, everything looks much clearer.

The observing self

Your body and your breathing are in the now, while you are thinking about what has been and what is to come. The observing self observes without judgment and can look in a nuanced way at what presents itself. To be able to make contact with the second floor, you have to notice the pressure in your head. As soon as you notice that you become restless, you can make a pass and start to ground, breathe and take a suitable distance.

A new world

The 3 A's bring you to the second floor and take you out of the hustle and bustle that enters your mind. Allow yourself to truly feel what you are feeling and a new world will open up for you. Does this sound nice and you can use some support, then you can send me a message.

there are some interesting facts and observations here which I agree with. but not everyone thinks about things like this. They never give any thought to difference between the mind and the brain! Its quite a complex subject but nonetheless very interesting!
