I like your observation about balance. I really think that if most people reflected on their attitudes they would find they are actually a mixture of both introvert and extrovert. But we hear so much talk about only the first two options we don't consider there may be a third option out there. I myself never heard of the term ambivert until now. I kind of like that word.
