The first exercise that I'm offering you, can change your life forever. And here I do not exaggerate, but I rely on the experience of people with whom I worked.

Sometimes you had this: you saw a man in the crowd, you thought "Here is my second half" - and no one else noticed? Or that you on the road pay attention to only one car, because it is about this always dreamed of? Each of us is able to concentrate so much on the ultimate goal, that everything else disappears from the field of vision, even other people's thoughts.

So that nothing can take you away from the chosen path or slow down, you need to do this:

  1. Make sure that the goal is aligned with your main values.

  2. Write down everything you can do to achieve this. And that's the secret: do not think about time, lack of skills or means, about external circumstances, that you are unfamiliar with such a movie star or that unicorns do not exist. Do not limit your imagination, write down everything, even the most insane thoughts.

When you give complete freedom to your creative thinking, your mind gets the opportunity to extract from the depths of the subconscious those ideas that are hidden there.
