Obsession is a pattern of thought and compulsion is an irresistible urge to behave in a certain way as a result of obsessions.People with an obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD) are prone to obsession. They can't help it. I've never experienced obsession before (at least I thought I've never had) so I wouldn't understand how it feels like. Kudos.
