I just call it a syndrome because today I see that people entering Universities, are prepared to accept it as a step to have power and in future, and they dream about "bullying" more than they have been "bullied".
Some years ago in Europe, only a few were forced into initiation rituals.
I have never been bullied in school but I had a lot of trouble in schools to avoid others to be bullied.
