About the Crowd thing. I was like that. But when I started going to the gym, that was it. No more fear. No more ''they are looking at me'' crap.
Now I had self-confidence. I knew that I am doing nothing wrong and people don't care about me.
Being calm is not easy but anyways, I recommend the guys to hit the gym!

Because at gym you have a lot of people around you. That gives you a self confidence. :)
