Christmas Melancholy

Christmas.
Days that we want to spent time with beloving people. Friends, family, colleagues. Special moments that keeping our spirit alive.
Childrens laughs, Angels songs, delicious smells surround the atmosphere and filling every dark corner of the universe.
Its time for us to be greatful and joyful.

Sometimes all the above aren't enought, or there are to many, and some persons insteed of feel happy they get depressed.
For them is the most difficult time of the year.
Alone, or surrounded by people they are feel lonely. The loss of a loved one or a job, the excessive commercialization of Christmas, the projection of a happy and carefree life from media, the pressure to spent a lot to gifts(if the money aren't enought) and the social gatherings, put them in this difficult possition.

Let's stop and think for a minute the all idea of Christmas. ..
Christmas isn't about take and give objects of value.
The big idea of Christmas is to share love and hapiness.
Its the time to give or take help.
To say am sorry, i love you, thank you for being there, for risen me the way you can, for help me when i need it. To hold tightly your mother, father, brother and sister. To kiss warm your husband, wife and children. To say i missed you to an old friend, a relative that you have long time to see. To feel the power of life.
It's the time to forgive a bad past and imagine a promising future, just on time, one week before the New Year!!

So, no matter what,
don't forget this holidays to share the unique power of you spirit.
