Our emotional world is an eternal struggle between two tendencies. On the one hand anger, jealousy, pain, resentment, guilt, pride, lies, falsehood are manifested. And on the other hand the joy, the peace, the empathy, the truth, the love, the compassion, the sweetness, the humility, the honesty, etc.

Here the importance of knowing how to "handle" the emotions, that is, successfully solve the present conflicts, we would be talking about the ability to guide the emotions, in the end to achieve an "emotional balance", which would be the optimal state of every human being.

As human beings we will experience different emotional states. Although, as people we have negative thoughts in many opportunities of life, the logical thing is not to cling to those negative states, because it produces adverse effects to health, such as: lack of sleep, discomfort, stress, lack of motivation, bad character, etc. These alterations to our mood lead us to bad results, that is, to an emotional imbalance.

Habits to maintain emotional balance:

  • In this case we should not focus on the problems but on the "solutions", activating the creativity to solve the negative side that disturbs us, that is, in your brain the necessary circuits are activated to give an answer.

  • Another point to consider is that the body adopts a rigid, tense posture, to get out of that state it is convenient to move, it is advisable some physical activity.

  • Here is another element that we must consider as it is the "inner voice" that we must turn off or simply change the channel, to take control of our emotional balance.

Maintaining emotional balance gives us quality of life, that is, better development in the work, school, sports and personal. Even knowing that the negative, we will always have as part of our lives, the ideal is to overcome with a positive attitude the event presented.
