It is never working, It is either procastinating or being a slave to someone else's BS.
Just look at steemit, more then a year of hard work and nothing to show for it, only to discover that the one who filled his pockets doesn't even give a shit.
If there had not been so much greed then we would now all be living on steem...
So it is probably best this way. :-) I'm not going to invest in make-up quality anymore. quality is in the content. Not in the waste of time called markdown.
There is more joy in procrastinating.then in slave labour. All in all it makes a good 50-50 balance.
It is about doing what makes you happy and fulfills you. If markdown does not make you happy, do not do it. I do not see markdown as a waste of time because I really enjoy it and I would not say that 50-50 of slave labor and procrastination is balance, it is a horror story to me. Why would I want to take part in slave labor? :D
Many of it depends on real life BS. The more of a mess real life gets the harder it is to waste time on 'quality'. And the platform then turns into a slave driver.
