Yoga has a way to slow things down and create a sense of well-being. I think it's great. So many people need to disconnect for awhile to find themselves well and breathing in the present. Yoga, at least for me has done that. I'm looking forward to starting my own small group very soon to share the benefits of this type of exercise. Very cool to see something written on Yoga and the vagus nerve.
