A Trip Into My Brain 🧠 @ Harmonized Brain Centers
Today, I went and got another LENS treatment at Harmonized Brain Centers.
Basically, electrodes are placed on your head and tiny shocks are delivered so that the neurofeedback can be assessed.

Is this similar to neuro-feedback? If so, I did some work last year down in the Springs with a woman who offered very reasonable treatments ($30 per hour session).
I'm not sure how much the actual treatment affected me, but I did receive a decent amount of insight into myself from the one-on-one discussions, which I'm thankful for. Her name is Polly Wolfe if you're interested.
