Thank you @zen-art for the clear explanation. Words in themselves are triggers. They trigger certain meaning. It is not necessarily for a word to have the same effect on all people. I believe the word responsibility triggers the meaning of liability for most of us. While in fact it means ability and proactivity. Thanks for your insightful words. :)
