People easily get emotional and usually have high expectations. I agreed with you though about how to lower expectation to have a healthier and happier mentality in life. But our brain and heart seem to have an endless battles :)

Yes, it's not easy for sure, but it's a turn we have to take because expectations are often cancer. But as I said, diminishing them is hard but the best way is to stay unaffected when the expectations are not met. ;)
