It's illegal here in the states. Some exceptions from the religious freedom act. California is trying to legalize it.
I didn't realise that there were exemptions for mushrooms for religious reasons. I'm actually writing a submission for a federal religious freedom review here. Can you point me towards specific exemptions in the US?
