Everything can be done without plants. I understand if someone need little help from plant medicine because he or she got stuck in behaviour/mind pattern they don't know how stop. If they knew how to stop it, they will have no need for plant medicine. Don't get this wrong, I'm all for plant medicine and everything that will help.
