Do not send any funds to Bittrex (unless you're "verified")

Things not to do
- Do not sign up for a new account and use your old documentation again. That leads to a ban.
Things to do to help ensure you get verified
- When you take a selfie make sure you are holding the passport with the signature visible.
- Make sure there is no glare in the selfie.

It’s a little harsh, to say do not use Bittrex. It should read, Don’t send funds to Bittrex, until you verify account..Bittrex, is one of the most reputable exchanges out there, and they are are required by US law, to have its users verify there accounts for anti money laundering purposes..Their funds aren’t frozen, they just have to verify their accounts..I bailed out of Poloniex the other day, and signed up for Bittrex.
Tip: Skip the basic verification, and do the enhanced verification, as it increases your withdrawal limits massively. It only took me 15-20 minutes to become verified..
Some have been waiting months but I see your point. As for proof, in the article there are links to hundreds of ticket numbers of people who are unable to withdraw because of this.
Do you have any tips for how to get verified?
Skip basic verification, and go directly for enhanced..All you need is to upload a clear/recent selfie, and a clear picture of your drivers license, or passport. It basically walks you through it on Bittrex..Hope this helps:)
Not sure what you are going on about its working fine for me, I have transferred money to bittrex, traded on bittrex, and withdrawn from bittrex today.
What is your problem with them, and where is your proof of the problem?
Bittrex does not allows pumpers and dumpers, and have a strict code of practice, if you ignore this you will have problems.
It appears bittrex is tightening it's grip on #kyc to avoid being axed by the authority.
@steemfiles, @acidyo @greenrun is bittrex action good for the overall #crypto industry or is it excessive and harmful?
