African Proverbs - You can hide Alcohol in a Bottle but not in the Stomach

There have been many talks about Alcohol and its usage. i will like to say this from two aspect of life. without been biased and out of religious point of view.

We will digest this proverb in Physiological and character point of view

• Did you know that in our body, there is no place to store alcohol the way food is stored? So if one drink, what happens then ? Our body sees the alcohol as a threat, which requires immediate resistance and expulsion. And the liver having the job to get rid of toxic in the body, when it goes to work, it leave other crucial tasks like producing glucose to the body. Glucose is needed for the well function well of our brain.
  When the glucose level is low in the body or brain cell, alot of people cant think straight. therefore it appears as if the problem will be resolved if the person eats some carbohydrate (glucose-producing) foods.
  Alcohol also releases dopamine, which makes a person feel "great". But here is the flip side of the coin: it also triggers the release of certain chemicals in the brain, distorting the dopamine levels and causing periodic depression. you confuse your body when you drink alcohol. And when a system is in a state of confusion you cannot be sure of what exactly to expect from it. Don't be surprised at what you end up doing when you drink.

Another aspect this proverbs applied to is in our characters or manners

• there is this saying that "you can hide some habits for quite some time, but there will surely reach a time, where what is inside of you can no longer hidden". Circumstances or unwanted events will surely appear to demand from us our true self in solving, or demonstrate your true identity. You can not give out what is not inside of you
