Wise proverb: Deceit is in the hearts of those who plot evil, but those who promote peace have joy. Proverbs 12:20

Peace is one of the greatest goods for man, to such an extent it is important that the main function of the monarch, or the king, in ancient times was the maintenance of this spiritual good. The Sacred Scriptures tell us to be peacemakers because those who promote peace are true children of God.
But peace is not a fruit of the virtue of justice but of the wisdom, and this is so because not all justice is good, justice is defined as giving and receiving proportionally. The wisdom is the knowledge of the correct means to live.
And the Book of Proverbs also implicitly tells us in its phrases or spiritual quotes that we have to choose; foolishness and wisdom are presented to us as paths in life.
If we choose foolishness, the conflict with our neighbor will always be close, because with foolishness comes lies and deceit; but if we seek wisdom, the joy of peace will be a good to achieve, that is why the sapiential book educates us with a wise proverb: "Deceit is in the hearts of those who plot evil, but those who promote peace have joy" Proverbs 12:20.
And for all this, there is a person specially indicated in the Bible to achieve the gift of peace, the wise, the person who has achieve immortality and the spiritual enlightenment through Gnosis, and that loves the good (Agape) for the good itself.
The wise men, because of their proximity to God, are there to always point us to the correct path of life: "The lips of the wise spread knowledge, but the hearts of fools are not upright" Proverbs 15:7.
And the Bible left us a very clear example of this, the life of King Solomon, one of the wisest men in history. Solomon while he was king edify, educated, promoted peace, and the common good; and all this was possible because Solomon's main purpose was not to acquire wealth but to increase spiritual knowledge, as a result of wisdom came everything else.
