"In recent years, electromagnetic fluid propulsion technology has received increasing attention in the aerospace field. The electromagnetic fluid propulsion principle is that electromagnetic force generated by interaction of a magnetic field and an electric field acts on a conductive fluid to promote the conductive fluid to move at a high speed so as to generate certain type of propulsion, and the common conductive fluid comprises gaseous plasma, liquid metal or electrolyte and the like. The application of electromagnetic fluid propulsion technology to conventional power devices is to artificially ionize gas at high temperature into gaseous plasma, and the gaseous plasma forms supersonic airflow to be sprayed to the outside through the principle of electromagnetic propulsion so as to obtain reverse propulsion. This method requires continuous consumption of fuel or raw material for gas generation, and cannot meet the purpose of long-term flight in space, and therefore, an unconventional power plant for interplanetary navigation needs to explore a new electromagnetic fluid propulsion system. In order to prevent the fluid accelerated by the electromagnetic field from being consumed, the high-speed fluid can rotate in the closed space in the device, and the fluid in the rotating motion is necessarily subjected to the action of a centrifugal force field departing from the rotating center. When the centrifugal force field and the universal gravitational field applied to the rotating fluid are different in direction and large enough, a resultant force field opposite to the universal gravitational field is formed between the centrifugal force field and the universal gravitational field, and therefore the whole device has the capability of antigravity propulsion."
