Biblical prophecies and mysteries: "Till the Spirit is poured on us from on high", Isaiah 32:15

Some prophecies of Isaias are linked to the birth of Jesus, others to the definitive establishment of the Kingdom of God; Isaias is considered one of the most important seers of the Bible along with the Prophet Daniel.
There is a prophecy of Isaiah about the future reestablishment of the Kingdom of God, the prophet tells us of a descent of wisdom to men:
"The fortress will be abandoned,
the noisy city deserted;
citadel and watchtower will become a wasteland forever,
the delight of donkeys, a pasture for flocks,
till the Spirit is poured on us from on high,
and the desert becomes a fertile field,
and the fertile field seems like a forest.
The LORD´s justice will dwell in the desert,
his righteousness live in the fertile field.", Isaiah 32:14-16

When wisdom is established in the hearts of men its fruits appear, peace and life. Swords become plowshares and deserts become fertile fields (Isaiah 2:4): "The wisdom that is from above, is first pure; and then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere." James 3:17
Like most old testament visions, the interpretation of Isaiah's prophecy is not clear, it cannot be specified with exactitude if it refers to times already fulfilled with Pentecost (Acts 2:1-12) or to future times close to being fulfilled (the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ).
But the message of Isaiah is clear, the creation of God is in development and must be completed, the works of the flesh must give way to the fruits of the spirit in society:
"The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissension, factions and envy, drunkenness, orgies and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law"; Galatians 5:19-23.
