More thoughts on property (a simple argument for the objective superiority of libertarian property norms)
I am proper to myself,
as are all other individual human beings.
If minimal violent conflict is the goal
(is held as a value)
it objectively holds that scarcity of
resources must be addressed
(As scarce resources potentiate conflict).
If scarcity of resources is to be accurately
addressed, it must be addressed based
on reality. In reality, each individual
possesses nature-conferred self-
ownership (self-executive function).
As such, any system which would deal
with minimizing conflict between
individual actors must primarily
acknowledge first and foremost,
the very presence and myriad natures of
these actors.
Without such acknowledgement there
is by default no acknowledgement of
conflict in the first place, as it is
individual actors who create said
conflict.
If said uniqueness of wants and needs
is not acknowledged and addressed,
conflict over scarce resources is not
accurately predicted and accounted for,
and the potential for violent conflict
cannot be minimized.
