In a blatant propaganda stint, The Telegraph warns UK citizens that "Russia is willing to take action that any other nation would see as completely unacceptable", which is also carried on The BBC.

They're right of course. They do take actions no other nation would be willing to take; like stabilizing Syria, like paying off all their debts or like writing off debt for African nations while increasing aid and it's not even only Africa.
