- Votes are made when voting power is at 100% (up to 2.4 hours)

- Posts that purchase more than 20 STEEM worth of promotion will get resteemed.
- Minimum payment 5 STEEM or 5 SBD
Reserve the right to retract an upvote if used to promote :
- Slanders.

Hello @promobot pls refund my 60 STEEM back to my wallet... When I placed my bid it was for previous one..which was still active. I did not want to be bid on the next bidding period. This happened to me with @rocky1 [The current bidding round is full. Please try again next round! -- My 60 STEEM was automatically refunded]. Please check and have my 60 STEEM refunded back to my wallet. Thank you!

It would have made no difference which round you would have sent it.

The automated message has been updated and should have read :
"The current bidding round is full. Your bid has been submitted into the following round."
But in your special case you are the fist and only bid who filled the entire round, so the round would not have been filled without your bid.
We will calculate what size of vote you should have received with the 10% overbid protection and will refund the difference.

Do you mean you will vote maximum to the amount sent ? So if I send 5, you vote max 5 ? What do you mean by does not give votes worth more than the amount paid for promotion.
And can we use it to boost memes ?
Promobot has no restrictions related to memes.
It mean that if you send a 50$ worth bid the projected combination of STEEM and SBD reward from the vote at voting time should not be worth more than 50$.
It can varies if market prices and SteemPower global utilization changes.
